FEE SUBMISSION IN BANK

In order to offer convenience, now you can submit your fee in Bank during the break. Follow the simple instructions to submit your monthly fee in your nearest branch.

STEP 1 – NOTE ACCOUNT DETAILS

  • Bank:

STEP 2 – SUBMIT FEES

  • Go to your nearest Bank Al Habib branch
  • Fill out a deposit slip with correct information as mentioned above
  • Submit exact amount of your monthly tuition fee e.g. if you are submitting March fee (one month) then deposit exact amount of PKR 7,350/-. If you are depositing fee of February and March (two months) then deposit (7350x2) PKR 14,700/- and so on
  • Note that if you are on discount or enrolled in evening programs, you will enter amount as per your monthly fees.
  • Pay cash or cheque with filled deposit slip at the counter
  • Keep a copy of deposit slip for your record

STEP 3 – FEE ENTRY IN SCHOOL

  • Bring a copy of deposit slip to school on your next visit
  • Submit the deposit slip to accounts office
  • Receive school receipt against your fee payment from school

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

  • Please keep a copy of deposit slip with you
  • Without deposit slip you payment will not be entered in school system
  • Deposit slip is mandatory to receive school’s fee receipt
  • Keep extra copies in your mobile and computer to ensure you don’t miss place it
