LIBRARY RULES

• Observe SILENCE
• EDIBLES & DRINKS not Allowed
• Books will only be issued on school ID CARD for a period of one week after which a fine of Rs. 50/- per day will be charged
• BAGS are not allowed in the library
• DAMAGED /TORN/LOST books are to be replaced or the cost will be recovered
• Students are instructed to be responsible for SAFE KEEPING of the books
• Use of MOBILE PHONE is strictly prohibited in the library
• Violation of any rule will impose fine of Rs. 500/-

• Library TIMINGS are from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. with 1 hour break from 1.00-2.00 p.m. for lunch/Namaz.
• Books are issued to students and faculty members for a maximum period of 15 days and not more than 2 books at a time.
• Besides regular student, former students could also use the facility for RESEARCH and REFERENCE by permission.
• REFERENCE books are not to be issued.
• Magazines and journals are for study in the READING ROOM only.
• The student will be solely RESPONSIBLE for the book issued in his/ her name. If the book is lost or damaged, will have to be replaced or its cost be deposited with the school.
• SCHOOL RECORD i.e. photographs, cassettes, CD, important cuttings of newspapers are kept in the library which is well managed, classified and in the process of computerization.
• Clearance at the time of final EXAMINATION from library is essential
